Marc Schiller
Marc Stuart Schiller is a managing and founding partner of The Law Offices of Schiller, Kessler, Crooks & Gomez, PLLC. Mr. Schiller was born in Merrick, New York in 1970. He moved to Florida with his family in 1984. He received his Bachelors Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1992, and his J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Schiller worked as an associate at a prestigious personal injury and wrongful death claims firm. After a few years, Mr. Schiller left his associate position with that firm and opened his own law firm, focusing solely on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
In 2006, Mr. Schiller merged practices with Andrew Kessler, Kevin Crooks and Marcelo Gomez, and The Law Offices of Schiller, Kessler, Crooks & Gomez, PLLC was formed. Mr. Schiller, along with his partners, have established Schiller, Kessler, Crooks & Gomez, PLLC.
Mr. Schiller has committed his life to representing those people injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Mr. Schiller limits his practice exclusively to personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and nursing home abuse cases. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Broward County Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Law Committee, as well as several other associations. Mr. Schiller has conducted numerous seminars over the years, educating people on current issues related to personal injury and insurance coverage cases. Mr. Schiller also routinely performs Pro Bono work in the community for those less fortunate.
Mr. Schiller and his partners have handled thousands of personal injury cases, aggressively representing their clients to recover the maximum monetary compensation possible.

Marcelo Gomez
Marcelo Gomez was born in Colombia, South America. He came to the United States at the early age of 5 and has lived the majority of his life in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating from Pine Crest Preparatory High School, he attended and graduated from the University of Florida in 1989 and received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992. While attending law school he worked at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in the homicide unit. Upon graduating from law school, Marcelo worked as a civil litigator with several high profile law firms in the Miami area. Eventually, Marcelo co-founded the law firm of Schiller, Kessler, Crooks & Gomez, PLLC, in 2006.
Marcelo is a member of Florida Bar, the Broward Hispanic Bar Association and is an active member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is also a founding member of the Colombian-American Bar Association which was created in the year 2000 to help and assist people in need of legal assistance who cannot afford legal representation.
Over the years Marcelo has been hosted on several television and radio programs in the area of personal injury law. He also currently hosts daily and weekly radio programs.
As an attorney, Marcelo has always taken pride in giving clients the utmost professional and personal service. He has been an active volunteer within the Hispanic community and has participated in many pro bono programs for the needy.
